MDP port sharing

MDP port sharing allows more than one Mesh Datagram Protocol (MDP) client process to listen on a single MDP port number. Every packet received on that port is forwarded to all listening processes, so that all have the opportunity to respond.

MDP port sharing was invented to enable the Cooee service discovery protocol, as part of the New America Foundation - Contractor Agreement #33-OTIUSAID2013 “NAF6” grant.
