Commotion MeshTether integration

Serval Mesh (app for Android) has been integrated with the Commotion Wireless MeshTether app for Android, to allow Serval Mesh users to take advantage of the Ad Hoc Wi-Fi mesh connectivity developed by the Commotion Wireless project. This work was completed in mid 2013 as part of the third New America Foundation contract.
